I’m a big believer in prioritizing health and the many parallels fitness has with challenges in everyday life, and it is my intention to share that message with others. After losing my father to a sudden heart attack when he seemed perfectly healthy, I’ve since discovered that part of my purpose in life is to help others see the importance of putting health first - in both body and mind. I created this platform to share the journey and to reach more with my messages, in hopes that it inspires others to push past comfort, embrace authenticity, and make the most out of the one chance at life we’re all given.
